Communications

The role of the Communications department is to promote and
support the business goals while protecting our reputation and driving a positive image of Lidl that inspires and informs our stakeholders.

The Communications team looks after public relations, social media, internal communications and events for Lidl. It is a small but busy department that collaborates with teams across every part of the business.

On any one day the team could be dealing with media requests, crisis communications, brand building events like Ploughing and answering customer queries on social media.
