CRM Manager

The eCommerce Department is responsible for implementing effective and sustainable digital and CRM initiatives that complement and support the performance of our extensive store network. These new and innovative digital concepts make it even easier for our customers to shop with us, and will play a vital role in the long term success of our organisation.

We are seeking a detail oriented, strategic, highly motivated, and innovative CRM Manager  with extensive experience in a related organisation or industry. As key member of the eCommerce Department, the CRM Manager will be responsible for the management of our CRM Team as well as the development and implementation of key strategic CRM concepts at a national level.

The Role

The Role
  • Responsibility for all national CRM platforms and activities
  • Project management / oversight of relevant national and international CRM projects
  • Development of a long term, sustainable CRM strategy
  • Creation of content at a national level
  • Support and encourage target orientated, professional and personal development of all direct reports
  • Carry out regular research and competitor analysis
  • Monitoring and reporting on all relevant CRM KPI’s
  • Lead point of contact between Lidl Ireland and the International organisation
  • Sharing of relevant CRM related insights with key stakeholders
  • Management of CRM task integration in existing business process landscape
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement in existing CRM and Department processes
 

Your Profile

Your Profile
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a CRM related role in a multinational or similar environment
  • Practical experience of retail CRM platforms desirable
  • Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Force.com a distinct advantage
  • Proven experience of managing large scale, cross departmental projects within compressed timeframes simultaneously
  • Dynamic and creative problem solver
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and time management skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail essential
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
