What you'll do

  • Responsibility for general administrative duties within the accounts & finance team
  • Distribute and respond to email correspondence
  • Creation of reports
  • Scan and archive documents
  • Maintain data within system  
  • General support on clerical tasks for the accounts & finance teams

What you'll need

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexible with the ability to work under pressure
  • Previous Accounts experience is beneficial
