What you'll do

  • Responsibility for processing of Accounts Payable invoices
  • Creation of receivable invoices and chasing of receivable debt
  • Creation and maintenance of vendor and customer master data
  • Inter-company balance reconciliation
  • Month end and Year end duties
  • Ensuring proper execution of internal controls and procedures

What you'll need

  • Accounting degree beneficial
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience of Accounting systems (SAP) is beneficial
  • Previous Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Flexible with the ability to work under pressure
