We are seeking a customer-focused, highly motivated and tech savvy IT Service & Support Intern to join our IT Team for a 6 month internship from January 2022. The successful Intern will be researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.  

This internship will take place from March to September. 

What you'll do

  • In essence, Logistics @ Lidl provides the right product, in the right place, and at the right time to our customers in the most cost efficient manner possible. Logistics has three overlapping areas of expertise which you will be heavily exposed to through the course of the internship; People, Process and Operations. Once completed, you will then get the opportunity to put to work what you have learnt as a Deputy Logistics Manager.

After all, you want to be sure that wherever you go, you’ll be creating the very best start to your future career.  That's why Internships in Lidl have been designed and developed to get you involved and give you more opportunities to show what you’re capable of.  Every Internship has a bespoke structured training plan for the duration of the placement (24 weeks), support from your Line Manager and regular meetings with the Internship Programme Manager.  You'll also be asked to complete a presentation at the end of your placement to demonstrate what you've learned and how you've developed.
