The Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced, results-driven administrator to take on the role of Recruitment & Employer Branding Administrator. This role is crucial for future business success, as the Administrator will partner with hiring managers and the Employer Brand Specialist to ensure exceptional customer service while proactively sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent through innovative and creative methods.
What you'll do
Recruitment:
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting process (advertising, screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, closing candidates and generating offer letters)
- Temporary staff coordination
- Management and maintenance of all recruitment related queries including applicant queries, role queries and email applications
- Involvement in projects to support and develop the Talent Acquisition department
Employer Brand:
- Assist with the coordination and organisation of centralised Recruitment Days
- Collaborate with the regional team to meet their recruitment marketing requirements
- Support the Employer Brand Specialist with Employer Brand projects, including the creation of project plans and timelines
- Engage with external stakeholders
- Coordinate our employer presence at careers fairs and recruitment events
- Work with our marketing agency on recruitment marketing initiatives, such as the design of recruitment flyers
- Support the coordination and attendance of Employer Brand events and shoots
- Maintain and manage company profiles on external platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor, as well as the careers website
Processes:
- Develop and maintain Google Slides presentations detailing departmental performance metrics
- Ensure ARIS, the primary source of information for the Talent Acquisition Department, is kept up-to-date
- Manage monthly purchase orders (PO's), invoicing, and accruals
- Coordinate with the Procurement team to manage external contract renewals
What you'll need
A minimum of 2+ years of recruitment administration experience - both in house and agency experience considered
Previous experience in Employer Brand desirable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Google Slides
Previous ATS experience required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines
Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and develop
Full driving licence is essential
