The team creates billboards, radio ads, TV adverts and more. Personnel within the marketing division is comprised of individuals from specialist backgrounds in the areas of research and insights, media planning, brand strategy, creative design, social media management, data analytics, e-commerce and promotions. The speed of the grocery retail sector combined with the extreme competition within the grocery sector means the marketing department need to operate in a highly efficient yet innovative manner.
