Congratulations! You have been offered a role with Lidl
Your new line manager or a member of the Recruitment Team will have already let you know about the offer and a start date will have already been agreed.
Your contract
You will receive your contract by email which should be signed electronically. Sign it as soon as possible so we can get everything set up in time for your start date.
Call with your new line manager
Your line manager will give you a Welcome Call before you join Lidl. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you have so that you have everything you need for your new career at Lidl. On this call, your line manager will make sure you have everything you need for your first day at Lidl. Your line manager will talk through what to expect during your first week and can talk you through who you might meet within the team.
Your Welcome Event invite
After this, you should expect an email which includes all the details about the Welcome Event which will be on your first day at Lidl. The Welcome Event will be held at our Head Office, Tallaght and will be led by the Talent Management team. You will learn about life at Lidl and get to meet lots of other new colleagues. You will also have a tour of the building so you can see all the great facilities available to you!
