Congratulations on joining us

Your first day will be attending a Welcome Event at our Lidl Head Office. A welcome event is a great opportunity for you to meet other new colleagues who are also on their first day of joining Lidl. The Welcome Event, hosted by our Talent Management team, will give you all of the information that you need before starting your role at Head Office.

As part of the Welcome Event, you will receive your training plan as well as further information about your basic training. Working in store is part of your onboarding, you will receive your uniform and safety shoes today too! The day will provide you with information about the culture of Lidl, how we work in Head Office, and will answer any questions you have about your journey with us.
