The training you will receive

Our Head Office Training Plan is designed for all new colleagues joining us at Lidl. It is designed to give you all the knowledge and skills required to work effectively. Your training plan is tailored to your role, and is determined by your Line Manager. You'll also complete a number of interactive eLearning modules along the way. Throughout your onboarding, you'll be supported by your Line Manager as well as your new team.
