Your contract is being prepared and a start date will have been agreed.

Next, you will read and sign your digital contract. Your recruiter will be available to answer any questions you have about the contract.
Warehouse training videos
A number of training videos need to be completed before your start date. The links to these trainings can be found in your Induction Letter which is attached to your offer email. On your first day you will complete an assessment of the modules to confirm that you have completed your online induction.
Call with your new line manager
You'll receive a Welcome Call from your line manager before you commence work. This is to answer any questions you might have, and check you have everything you need for your first day at work. On this call, your line manager will tell you who your buddy will be. This is a person within the warehouse who will guide you through your onboarding plan to make your first few months at Lidl go smoothly.

This is it! We are excited to welcome you to the team! Your buddy will be on hand to guide you through your e-learning and practical training, you'll be an expert in no time!
